To Adopt a Guardian Adoption Program Pet
- Fill out the GAP Adopter Agreement
(Adopter Profile).
- Contact and screen the prospective pet before bringing the pet into your
home.
- Discuss with the Guardian the cost of the transfer. We suggest that at
a minimum, the adopter donate $75.00 to Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary, or
another animal welfare agency, to ensure good intentions with the current
pet guardian.
- Please advise Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary of the completed transfer.
